EatSafe - Terms of Service

1. Purpose and Scope of Use

• EatSafe is an app that provides AI-based nutritional analysis from food images (via Google Gemini API) for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from healthcare professionals.
• Users are solely responsible for using the information provided by EatSafe, including but not limited to dietary decisions.

2. No Liability

• The developers of EatSafe ("We") are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the nutritional analysis results.
• We are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential) arising from the use of EatSafe, including but not limited to health issues, data loss, or inaccuracies due to user input.
• All risks associated with using the app, including health risks (e.g., complications from diabetes or kidney conditions), are the user's responsibility.

3. User Data

• Users voluntarily provide food images for analysis. We do not store or control this data post-processing but are not responsible for misuse due to technical errors or third-party actions.
• Users must ensure images do not contain sensitive information or infringe on others' privacy.

4. Third-Party Technology

EatSafe uses the Google Gemini API for image analysis. All data is processed per Google AI Terms, and we are not responsible for Google's policies or errors.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users should check periodically for updates.

6. Termination of Use

We may terminate or restrict your access to EatSafe if you violate these Terms, without compensation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. For international users, local laws may apply, but we are not responsible for resolving disputes outside Vietnam.
