- We ("We", "Us", "Our") are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the app's results or services.
- We are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential) arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to health issues, data loss, or inaccuracies due to user input.
- All risks associated with using the app are the user's responsibility.
3. User Data
- Users voluntarily provide content and data for processing. We do not store or control this data post-processing but are not responsible for misuse due to technical errors or third-party actions.
- Users must ensure their content does not contain sensitive information or infringe on others' privacy.
4. Third-Party Technology
Our app uses third-party services and APIs to provide functionality. All data is processed according to the respective third-party terms of service, and we are not responsible for third-party policies or errors.
5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
5.1 Pro Subscription Plans
We offer a Pro subscription with the following plans:
- Monthly Pro Plan: $3.99 USD per month
- Yearly Pro Plan: $29.99 USD per year (equivalent to approximately $2.50 USD per month, saving up to 37%)
Subscription prices may vary by country and are subject to change. The actual price charged will be displayed at the time of purchase.
5.2 Pro Features
Pro subscription unlocks premium features as described in the app. Free users have access to core features but may have usage limitations and may see advertisements.
5.3 Auto-Renewal Policy
- Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- When you subscribe, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan) unless you cancel it.
- You will be charged the subscription fee for the renewal period within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings after purchase.
5.4 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- For iOS users: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → [App Name] → Cancel Subscription
- For Android users: Go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions → [App Name] → Cancel Subscription
- If you cancel during an active subscription period, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, your subscription will not renew automatically, and you will lose access to Pro features at the end of the current period.
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period after cancellation.
5.5 Refund Policy
- For iOS users: Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's refund process within the time limits set by Apple (typically within 48 hours of purchase, or up to 90 days for certain circumstances). Apple's refund policy applies.
- For Android users: Refunds are handled by Google Play. You can request a refund through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase. Google Play's refund policy applies.
- Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have been active for more than the platform's standard refund period unless required by local law.

5.6 Free Trial and Promotional Offers
- We may offer free trials or promotional subscription periods from time to time.
- If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up.
- At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
- You will be notified before your trial period ends and before you are charged.
5.7 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time.
- Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods.
- You will be notified of any price changes before your next renewal date.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users should check periodically for updates. Continued use of the app after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
7. Termination of Use
We may terminate or restrict your access to the app if you violate these Terms, without compensation.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. For international users, local laws may apply, but we are not responsible for resolving disputes outside Vietnam.
